Function indications:
This product is used to treat patients with chloroquine sensitive falciparum malaria, Plasmodium vivax, Plasmodium Triticum and ovale malaria who can't be taken orally. It can also be used to treat patients with extraintestinal amoebiasis such as amoebic liver abscess. After the condition is improved, oral medicine will be used instead.
Usage and dosage:
Intravenous drip of 18-24 mg/kg was given to cerebral malaria patients on the first day (60 kg for those who weighed more than 60 kg), 12 mg/kg on the second day and 10 mg/kg on the third day. The concentration of chloroquine phosphate is 0.5g/min, added into 500ml of 10% glucose solution or 5% glucose and sodium chloride injection, and the intravenous infusion speed is 12-20 drops / min.
Adverse reactions:
May have photophobia, color vision damage, vision decline, severe blindness. It can also cause the inhibition of sinoatrial node, lead to arrhythmia, body gram, and even death.
Taboo:
